Our client sought a peaceful, outdoor retreat to restore after a demanding workday. The project included Exterior Architectural Drafting and Design of a pool house, outdoor kitchen, furniture plan and firepit layout. Pool design sketch to incorporate a cohesive feel. Selections of all the finishes, fixtures, appliances, lighting and furnishings, as well as procurement. Careful coordination with the team of project contractors.
Design a level outdoor space that seamlessly blends with the hill complete with a grilling area, enticing pool, grotto, and spa. They craved a destination that could be used in Spring, Summer, and Fall and would foster togetherness and belonging with family and friends. Additionally, the client wanted the outdoor space to co-exist with the natural surroundings and feel inviting yet sophisticated.
Viewing the challenges of a steep grade and water run-off as an opportunity for innovative solutions, our team transformed this hillside into a dreamy getaway that exceeded expectations. Cohesively bringing the indoors out, this space offers an outdoor cooking kitchen with no amenities spared, ample storage, and several living areas. Serenity is an understatement in this breathtaking transformation.
