Since Junior High, Heather’s known she wanted her own interior design firm. With a love for the creative aspects of design and a voracious appetite to learn all she could – she began taking art and architectural drafting classes at a young age.
She took every opportunity to apply what she learned by “practicing” on her parent’s home in Lancaster and in high school, she had an opportunity to design her first home – complete with blueprints, sketches, plans, and elevations as part of a class project. Heather was officially hooked.
Driven by her love of helping others create calming, functional spaces that made them feel their best, Heather attended college at Pennsylvania College of Architecture & Design Lancaster and officially started her career in Interior Design.
She learned every facet she could in home design, architectural design and commercial design for corporate, hospitality, education, healthcare, senior living and more.
Accumulating 25+ years of firsthand experience and expertise, she officially launched Rineer Designs in 2019 as a full-service residential and commercial interior design Firm.
Today, she and her design team continue to provide exceptional experiences and sophisticated interior design to clients in York, PA, and beyond.

As a trained Horologist, Jayden brings a precise eye and knack for keeping things running smoothly.
Jayden joined our team in 2024 after studying at York Time Institute and with his natural clockwork instincts, ensures everything is working seamlessly behind the scenes, with no detail overlooked. If you give our office a call, you’ll get a friendly greeting from Jayden!
When it comes to field measuring, coordinating deliveries, and assisting our team with various tasks, there’s no one more committed to quality than Jayden!
